Welcome to Breaking Shan! By subscribing to or accessing the newsletter, podcast, or other content (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Most administrative and technical operations, including subscription management, payment processing (if applicable), and data storage, are handled by Substack.

1. Use of the Service

2.2 Paid subscriptions (if available) are billed and renewed automatically by Substack unless canceled by you. You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly through Substack.
2.3 Breaking Shan has no control over payment processing, refunds, or access to subscriber accounts. These are handled solely by Substack.

3. Content

3.1 All content on the Service, including newsletters, podcast episodes, and other materials, is provided by Breaking Shan through Substack.
3.2 We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content.
3.3 Opinions, stories, or advice provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

4. Comments and Feedback

4.1 You may submit comments, messages, or feedback (“User Content”) through Substack features.
4.2 By submitting User Content, you grant Breaking Shan a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Service.
4.3 Breaking Shan reserves the right to remove or refuse any User Content, but Substack may also apply its own moderation rules.
